Contact our Customer Care team via email or our online contact form with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your items back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected for transit, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship and Process

Send the package back to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
